Conditions of Day Use and Key Membership

• Only riders holding current PCV, EA or HRCAV insurance may be considered for key membership or ride on the grounds.  Proof of membership is required.  If you hold alternate insurance, please contact the club to discuss.

• All riders must be accompanied by a non‐riding adult/parent/guardian who can effectively manage an emergency situation.

• Bacchus Marsh Pony Club reserves the right to refuse access to the grounds to key members at varying times.

• If the grounds are closed due to an event you will not be able to book day use. 

• Access to the grounds is via combination lock.  The combination changes frequently, and will be provided to you after your booking is confirmed.

• Instructors using the grounds for lessons, must only instruct riders who have paid a key membership or paid to use the grounds for the day and have accepted the “Release & Waiver of Liability” Form during this booking.

• It is a condition of key membership or day use that you have read and agreed to the Terms of Acceptance and that during this booking you accept the Release and Waiver of Liability Form.
