• Applicant must be Equestrian Victoria OR HRCAV member.

• Numbered keys will be assigned to successful applicants.

• Any key sharing will revoke membership.

• Keys issued on an annual basis

• BMPC members have first rights to the facility

• Helmets must be worn.

• Biosecurity records are to be maintained by the members.

• All riders must be accompanied by another person
